Axera Solutions was founded to provide senior-level engineering and operational advisory for organizations managing hydrogen, energy, and industrial systems.

We support the full project lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and technical evaluation to project execution, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness.

I am a process and systems engineer with more than 10 years of experience in hydrogen, energy, and industrial projects.

I started working in the hydrogen sector in 2015 in applied R&D and have since worked across the development, integration, commissioning, and operation of hydrogen and energy systems. Over the years, my work has evolved from technical studies and technology evaluation to project execution, system integration, and operational readiness.

In practice, this meant leading system integration for a multi-MW green hydrogen research infrastructure, integrating hydrogen refueling station projects across the German national network, and supporting feasibility and applied R&D in Europe and the MENA region.

I founded Axera to help in a more direct and integrated way. When clients work with Axera, they work directly with me, as a technical partner who can integrate with existing teams, provide clear engineering judgment, and support project delivery.

The Experience Behind Axera

Most of the project problems I have seen in hydrogen and energy projects are not purely technical or equipment related. They are usually issues related to engineering, international suppliers, not being familiar with local regulations (especially in cross border projects), contractors, operators, and client teams.

The gap between what is designed, what is delivered, and what works (or eventually doesn’t work) in operation is where many project risks appear.

I have spent over a decade working at those interfaces. From early feasibility work and applied R&D through detailed engineering, commissioning and operations. I have seen how decisions made in the first weeks of a project, when everything still seems manageable, can create operational problems that nobody anticipated months later.

That is what Axera is built on.

I founded Axera to provide the kind of support that is genuinely difficult to find in a conventional engineering office or large consultancy: independent technical judgment from someone who has actually been through the full lifecycle.

Axera is not structured as a large engineering office or EPC contractor. Instead, we provide senior process and systems expertise depending on client needs.
